MAN JAILED AFTER TINGLER ROAD BURGLARY; BATTERY ON OFFICER

(Richmond, IN)--An incident on Tingler Road Thursday has landed a Richmond man in jail facing multiple felonies.  Deputies were called there on the report of a burglary or residential entry.  They tried to arrest a man they found there who has now been identified as 24-year-old Randy Schroy.  Schroy fought with deputies but was finally subdued.  He’s been charged with burglary, intimidation, and battery on a police officer.  Schroy has a history of domestic violence.
