(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police are looking for a man who not only intentionally set fire to a porch Monday night, but also squirted lighter fluid on two children, including one of his own.  It happened at 10:15 Monday night in the 300 block of South 9^th Street.  "The fire really wasn't anything.  It wasn't on the building; it was just a rug," said one Richmond battalion chief.  What was something was that the suspect doused an adult female and two young children with the same lighter fluid he used to start the fire.  All three victims were taken to Reid Health to be checked out.  One of the victims was the suspect’s own child.  The suspect’s name has not been released.
