(Connersville, IN)--A state director of a USDA program says that Fayette County could become a regional home for opioid recovery. That representative told city and county leaders that he wants the former K-Mart in Connersville, which is now vacant, to be converted into a Phase III recovery center. A Phase III center would house recovering addicts for up to two years if they’ve completed the first two phases. The former K-Mart could house up to 400 people. The regional center would include Wayne, Union, and Franklin County.
