(Hagerstown, IN)--A Hagerstown man is facing the highest level of felony after an incident there Wednesday afternoon. 22-year-old Johnathon Morris allegedly entered a house on South Perry Street and battered an occupant inside. When police arrived, Morris then fought with some of the officers. One officer had to be taken to the hospital to be evaluated after a hand injury. Morris now faces a total of seven charges, including possession of a controlled substance and burglary.
