(Richmond, IN)--Two Whitewater Valley elected officials will play a significant role in the launching of the USS Indiana.  The USS Indiana will be a new nuclear submarine that can attack targets with Tomahawk cruise missiles.  Wayne County Treasurer Cathy Williams has been picked to be the commissioning chairperson.  State Representative Tom Saunders is leading a local contingent to commissioning ceremonies in Florida this fall.
