(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man was jailed Wednesday night for the second time in five days.  54-year-old John Pagan was arrested at the east-side Richmond Speedway station after allegedly striking multiple cars in the Fricker’s parking lot and fleeing.  Another car was struck near Meijer.  Last weekend, Pagan was jailed for driving his motorcycle drunk.  There’s no indication yet of the total number of vehicles that were damaged Wednesday night.
