(Richmond, IN)--An overnight incident at the McDonald’s at 18^th and East Main in Richmond had a Richmond man waking up in the Wayne County Jail Friday morning.  33-year-old Joshua Snider is now charged with criminal trespass.  Snider allegedly caused a ruckus and refused to leave late Thursday night.  He was jailed for the same thing just six days ago.  This makes the 41^st criminal offense for Snider.
