(Richmond, IN)--A well-known Richmond resident has joined the ownership team of Roscoe’s Coffee Bar.  He’s Zach Parker, who has directed and produced numerous critically acclaimed short films.  "I was really considering the idea of opening a coffee shop a few years ago and was looking at a few different places, but Roscoe's was already doing so many things so well," Parker said.  Parker will join original owners Mike and Terri Widau and said that some new elements are coming.  "I definitely have some ideas that I'm wanting to implement in the next few months...hopefully a few unique events and things like that," Parker added.  Roscoe’s operates in the Depot District and on National Road East.
