(Richmond, IN)--Two people were found passed out in the Meijer parking lot in Richmond late last night.  One was wanted in both Fayette County and in Florida.  Officers found meth, other drugs, and syringes when they arrested 27-year-old Shalonda Clark of Richmond.  Clark is also charged with false informing.  She was arrested on similar charges back in March.  The second person’s name has not yet become available.
