(Indianapolis, IN)--A bill authored by State Senator Jeff Raatz of Richmond was signed into law Monday by Indiana Goveror Eric Holcomb.  The new law will go into effect in July of next year and will require that each school within a school corporation include employability skills standards as part of their curriculum.  The bill also establishes what’s called the work ethic certification program.
