(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman was jailed Monday afternoon after allegedly neglecting her dependent and then attacking a police officer.  Police were called to the 800 block of North 16 and found 34-year-old Susan Ford.  Ford allegedly battered the officer during her arrest.  This makes the second time she’s been arrested for neglecting a dependent.  She also has a history of battery and disorderly conduct.
