(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police investigators said Monday that anyone who is helping accused murderer Austin Neathery evade arrest could themselves face criminal prosecution.  An arrest warrant for Neathery was issued last Friday in connection with the death of 18-year-old Tremell Carpenter.  Investigators did not say Monday if they believe Neathery is being harbored by someone locally or if he has fled the area.  They did, though, say that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
