(Richmond, IN)--What was described as a large amount of packaged and labeled drugs were recovered by the Indiana State Police on the lot of Arby’s on National Road West in Richmond Wednesday night.  A police canine gave a positive indication.  Investigators then found methamphetamine and other controlled substances, syringes, and drug paraphernalia.  Jeremy Goodwin and Bryant Pieper of Richmond and Autumn Lowery of Dublin now all face multiple felonies.  Pieper still allegedly had drugs on him when he was booked into jail.
