(Speedway, IN)--A search that lasted for more than two weeks for the accused killer of RHS senior Tremell Carpenter is over.  18-year-old Austin Neathery was taken into custody early Wednesday night in central Indiana by U.S. Marshals.  Neathery was in the Marion County Jail Thursday morning.  Details of how Neathery was apprehended have not yet been released, although that was expected to happen Thursday morning.  Investigators have also not yet said where Neathery has been for the last two-plus weeks.  Neathery was expected to be returned to the Wayne County Jail at some point Thursday and should have an initial hearing by Friday afternoon.
