(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman with a long history of theft and drug arrests was taken into custody again Thursday afternoon.  30-year-old Ashley Doolin was arrested at her home on Oak Drive.  She allegedly still had drugs on her when she was booked into jail.  Two years ago, Doolin was left a small child in the car alone at Meijer with drugs and a stolen handgun inside while she went inside to shop.
