MOST WAYNE COUNTY VOTERS CAST BALLOTS ON TRADITIONAL ELECTION DAY

(Wayne County, IN)--Indiana’s Secretary of State has released some final election statistics on Thursday for the May primaries.  Wayne County’s official turnout was 21% of registered voters.  As has been the case, more people voted on the traditional Election Day than in the days and weeks leading up to it.  63% of voters voted on Election Day.  Randolph County had the area’s highest turnout at 25%.  Union County had the lowest at 17%.
