(Richmond, IN)--A sex offender with a massive criminal record was taken into custody again Monday in Wayne County.  Allen Goodwin, who now lives in the Lynn area, was convicted of incest and vicarious sexual gratification eight years ago.  Since then, Goodwin has been arrested multiple times, including for parole violations.  On Monday, Goodwin was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.  He was then transferred to the Randolph County Jail.
