(Centerville, IN)--There are a couple of brand new areas of road construction to deal with beginnig Tuesday.  Main Street in Richmond has been closed just east of 8^th Street to allow for water main construction.  That closure is expected to last only through Wednesday.  Tuesday also starts culvert replacement on U.S. 40 just east of Centerville.  40 will be reduced to one lane in each direction near Matte Harris Road.  That project is not expected to be complete until at least late in September.
