(Wayne County, IN)--Wayne County Prosecutor Mike Shipman has released some new figures about the county’s drug diversion program.  That’s the program where people with certain types of pending criminal drug cases can have their charges reduced or dropped if they can successfully complete a drug recovery program.  Shipman said that there are currently 31 people participating.  18 of those 31 are considered compliant.  Since its inception, 146 people have attempted the program.  19 have been successful.
