PATROLS TO BE INCREASED AT WAYNE COUNTY FAIR

(Richmond, IN)--The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department will have an increased uniform presence throughout the week of the Wayne County Fair.  Sheriff Jeff Cappa said in a release Wednesday that the increase is to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.  The fair actually kicks off on Saturday but rolls into full swing on Monday when rides from Poor Jacks Amusements begin.  The increase in patrolling will happen mainly during peak times.
