(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Common Council met Monday night.  Ordinances for the 2019 budget and salaries were on second reading.  Council members also Monday night learned of plans to expand a Richmond fire station.  It’s Station #3, which is located on Woodside Drive just off of National Road East.  The city would apply for a Department of Homeland Security Grant that would allow for a 1300-square-foot addition to the building, which was constructed back in the 1970’s.
