(Randolph County, IN)--Details of a fatal Randolph County accident were released Wednesday.  It happened Tuesday at the intersection of County Roads 500 West and 200 North.  58-year-old Brenda Florea of Winchester was headed north and did not stop at the intersection.  She struck a pickup driven by 35-year-old Benjamin Passmore of Winchester.  Florea was pronounced dead.  Passmore was treated at Reid Health for non-life-threatening injuries.
