(Connersville, IN)--A man wanted in Wayne County for sexual misconduct with a minor has been captured.  33-year-old Josh Millar was arrested yesterday in Connersville and brought to the Wayne County Jail.  Details of what Millar is alleged to have done have not been released.  He was also wanted in Fayette County, but will first face felony sexual misconduct charges in Wayne County.
