(Wayne County, IN)--The 24th of this month is when a public hearing will take place about allowing all-terrain vehicles on Wayne County roads. The ordinance would allow ATV’s, golf carts, and snowmobiles on county roads, but would not include the city of Richmond or other towns. Riders would still have to have a driver’s license and insurance. About half of Indiana’s counties allow off-road vehicles in some form. Wayne County Commissioners could vote on the ordinance after the public portion of the meeting.
