(Richmond, IN)--For the second year in a row, Belden is a finalist for a national award for its Pathways to Employment Program.  That program not only helps addicted job applicants break their addiction through treatment, but also promises those people a job once they complete rehab.  The program drew a visit last year from some presidential staff members and Second Lady Karen Pence.  The winners of this year’s Citizens Awards will be announced at a November ceremony in Washington.
