(Richmond, IN)--What began as a crash into a parked car led to the arrest of an alleged methamphetamine dealer on Sunday.  30-year-old Nicholas Lakes of Richmond was captured near South 16^th and E.  Witnesses said Lakes fled the scene after hitting the parked car.  Not only was he charged with dealing meth; he was also charged with operating while intoxicated – serious bodily injury, possession of controlled substances, and possession of marijuana.
