(Richmond, IN)--Parents are sounding off on social media about whether or not to postpone trick-or-treat due to Thursday night’s weather.  Since Wednesday morning, only one additional community has postponed moved trick-or-treat from Thursday night.  That’s Hagerstown, which has moved its event to Friday night.  Connersville moved its time to Saturday earlier this week.  Meanwhile, both Richmond and Eaton trick-or-treats are still on for Thursday night as scheduled.  Most communities have alternative indoor events.
