CITY, COUNTY TO SCREEN ENTRANTS TO GOVERNMENTAL BUILDINGS

(Richmond, IN)--Both the city of Richmond and Wayne County have announced changes that will go into effect beginning this morning in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus.  Entry to the city building will only be through the police lobby.  There, visitors will go through a brief health screening.  The Wayne County Administration Building will have a similar health screening. Other facilities will be closed to the public, including the Senior Center.  Roseview Transit and Para-transit will continue to operate normally.  Mayor Dave Snow will issue an executive order to suspend all sanitation late fees and disconnections.  Residents are being asked to conduct city and county business online or by phone if possible.
