Over the 91-day winter, Richmond had below-normal temperatures on just 16 of 91 days. On average, we were seven degrees over normal every day. There was only a total of 12 inches of snow. The coldest temperature of the winter in Richmond was ten degrees. That came on Valentine’s Day.
