PASSER-BY WHO FOUND BODY SAW NO EVIDENCE OF FOUL PLAY

(Preble County, OH)--The body found in a Preble County ditch just southeast of Richmond has now been identified as that of a Richmond woman.  Preble County Sheriff Mike Simpson said Tuesday that the person is 33-year-old Autumn Lowery.  Lowery’s body was found by Richmond’s Wesley Fenning near the intersection of Cox and Paint Road.  "At first, I thought it was a Halloween dummy on the side of the road," said Fenning.  She the realized it was a real person.  Fenning said there were no obvious signs of foul play.  "There was no trauma.  She was laying peacefully face-down."   The investigation is continuing.
