(Richmond, IN)--Covid-19 vaccinations at the former Elder-Beerman building in Richmond are less than three weeks away. That was the word Tuesday from Christine Stinson when the Wayne County Health Board met. It will be Phase 1B of the vaccination program. What’s still up in the air is exactly who will get those doses. The county will have the capability of vaccinating 500 people each day beginning January 4. It will take 50 people per day to run the vaccination clinic. Wayne County is working with private companies to provide medical personnel to give the shots. Stinson said Tuesday that it would take about two months to complete Phase 1B.
