(Wayne County, IN)--Wayne County learned Monday that its Health Department will receive a shipment of vaccine in time for its vaccination clinic this coming Monday, January 11. But, only about 200 doses will be available for first responders and health care workers. Christine Stinson talked Monday about when the vaccine may be available to the elderly and at-risk population. "I wish I could tell you the exact date and time. The uncomfortable answer is that we just don't know at this point." Stinson said it’s out of the county’s hands. "We would love to be able to have thousands of Wayne County residents vaccinated sooner rather than later, but we are at the mercy of being able to receive the vaccine." The vaccine for Monday is from Moderna.
