(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man was caught following a foot chase near the Sunshine Café on Richmond’s west side Tuesday night.  Police responded to a suspicious person call in that area when 37-year-old Travis Means allegedly fled.  Means was tackled in a back yard and then allegedly gave a false name.  Means was charged with burglary and possession of meth in an unrelated case on Christmas Eve.  He had already bonded out of jail by Wednesday morning after Tuesday night’s arrest.
