(Richmond, IN)--Funeral services will wait until after virus restrictions have been lifted for a Richmond man who served the community in a variety of roles.  Bob Goodwin died earlier this week at Ambassador Healthcare.  Goodwin was a former planning director and member of Richmond Common Council who made an unsuccessful run for mayor ten years ago.  Bob Goodwin was 79.
