(Richmond, IN)--Two alleged burglars were taken into custody Tuesday in what has been a problem area of Richmond.  24-year-old Dylan Reed and 23-year-old Dalton Mills were both arrested on Randolph Street and charged with felony burglary.  Both have also been charged with felony battery causing moderate bodily injury.  Other details have not been released.  Reed has bonded out, but Mills remained behind bars Wednesday morning.
