(Richmond, IN)--An agreement between the city of Richmond and Wayne County regarding the cleanup of the old Reid Hospital property is on Common Council’s agenda for Monday night.  To date, the city has paid just over $2 million for cleanup and remediation.  The agreement specifies how parties will be reimbursed from the sale of the property.  The county is continuing to pursue former owner Bob Ciprietti for more than $1.3 million in unpaid property taxes.  You can catch Monday night’s meeting live on WCTV.
