(Wayne County, IN)--More than 20% of Wayne County’s population has now received at least the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.  Either Tuesday or Wednesday, Wayne County will pass two milestones:  15,000 people will have received at least the first dose and 10,000 will have received both doses and are considered fully vaccinated.  Only three new cases were reported Monday.
