(Wayne County, IN)--A few area counties continue to rank very poorly in terms of its overall health.  According to new numbers from County Health Rankings & Road Maps, Wayne County ranks 87^th of Indiana’s 92 counties for overall health of its residents.  Randolph County ranks 84^th, and Fayette County is dead last. Contributing factors to Wayne County’s low ranking include a population in which 38% are obese, 31% are physically inactive, and 21% smoke.
