(Wayne County, IN)--A few area counties continue to rank very poorly in terms of its overall health. According to new numbers from County Health Rankings & Road Maps, Wayne County ranks 87th of Indiana’s 92 counties for overall health of its residents. Randolph County ranks 84th, and Fayette County is dead last. Contributing factors to Wayne County’s low ranking include a population in which 38% are obese, 31% are physically inactive, and 21% smoke.
