(Wayne County, IN)--Wayne County’s Monday-to-Monday Covid-19 case count is headed back in the right direction. After trending upward for the last few weeks, the number of cases since last Monday was down from 50 the previous week to 45 Monday morning. There have now been 6944 cases in Wayne County, which would represent more than ten percent of the population. Preble and Randolph County have seen significant case counts since last Monday, while Union and Fayette have had hardly any. There were ten Covid-19 patients at Reid Health Monday morning. That’s the first time the total has been in double digits in a month.
