(Richmond, IN)--An alleged Richmond meth dealer who was just arrested two weeks ago was arrested for the same thing Tuesday morning.  Back on the first of the month, Chester Neathery was allegedly found with 59 grams of meth and $1400 in cash.  He was declared indigent, a public defender was appointed, and Neathery was released.  Then, at around 2:30 Tuesday morning, Neathery was found allegedly driving on a suspended license near 11th and East Main.  An undisclosed amount of meth was recovered, and Neathery was again charged with dealing.
