(Richmond, IN)--The Reid Health Police Department is now a full-fledged police department.  And, Wednesday night, they arrested a couple for possessing numerous drugs.  Reid Police caught 47-year-old William Binion and 32-year-old Danielle Lang.  Officers also allegedly recovered methamphetamine, cocaine, prescription drugs, syringes, and drug paraphernalia.  The amount of drugs recovered has not been released.
