(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman was taken into custody Thursday and charged with a felony after repeated calls of a young child wandering the streets.  Police were called to the area of Butler and North West J Streets.  RPD officers located the child, who was unharmed.  Scanner traffic indicated that two adults were found asleep in different locations.  26-year-old Whitney Baker is now charged with felony neglect of a dependent.
