(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Community School Board met Wednesday night and again got an earful about the relationship between the Board, the superintendent, and teachers and staffers.   One of the people who addressed the Board was a former Board member herself, Linda Morgason.  "We are losing out on excellent educators.  I don't know how you expect to replace them," Morgason said.  Then, REA leader Kelly McDermott ignored time limits and touched on numerous issues, including insurance and programming.  "Teachers watch respected, highly competent, and valued leaders demeaned and demoted.  The chaos that so many unexplained changes created was a climate of fear and mistrust," McDermott said.  The Board did not respond in accordance with public comment policy.
