(Bunker Hill, IN)--Phillip Lee is no longer listed as an inmate in the Montgomery County Jail.  The Richmond man charged with shooting Officer Seara Burton had waived extradition the day before, which enabled Indiana officials to return him to the Miami Correctional Facility near Kokomo to be held for a probation violation.  Meanwhile, the Richmond Police Department did not post any information about Seara on Wednesday.  Each day for the previous seven days, RPD indicated on its Facebook page that there had been no change in her condition.  She remains at a Richmond hospice facility.
