(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police caught an alleged meth dealer late Thursday afternoon.  50-year-old Timothy Carico was arrested on Williamsburg Pike.  Carico is no stranger to the Wayne County legal system.  He has seven previous felony arrests, including four in the last two years.  Two of those felony cases are still pending.  Both of those cases include the charge of being a serious violent felon in possession of a handgun.
