(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man who has racked up an incredible number of charges just this calendar year was jailed again this weekend on yet another felony charge.  24-year-old Tyrus Bell-Adcock was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute in a vehicle as that vehicle was traveling through the Fairview neighborhood.  A juvenile was allegedly in that vehicle.  The victim was not seriously hurt.  For Bell-Adcock, this makes the ninth time he’s been jailed on different criminal charges in 2022.
