(Wayne County,  IN)--Wednesday is the day that local candidates can begin to file to run in elections that will take place later this year.  That includes the race for Richmond mayor.  There will also be council seats up for grabs as well as a race for clerk.  Nearly every other Wayne County town except for Hagerstown will also decide council members.  Richmond candidates have from today until February 3^rd to file to be on the May primary ballot.
