PROPERTY CARETAKER SHOT BY HUNTERS

(Union County, IN)--The caretaker of a property in Union County was shot, and now state officials are asking the public for help.  Indiana Conservation Officers are handling the investigation and, so far, have released only very sketchy details.  The incident happened on Friday morning in southwestern Union County.  Four people were hunting on the property without permission.  A confrontation escalated and resulted in the caretaker being shot.  There is no description of the four people.  There was also no identity on the victim or an update on that person’s condition Monday morning.
