(Centerville, IN)--A Republican caucus will be working to find a replacement for Centerville Town Council member James Bullen.  Bullen recently resigned his seat in Ward 1.  In his resignation, Bullen said "I was not a puppet and because I addressed issues they tried to humiliate me."  In April of last year, tension between Bullen and Dan Wandersee came to a head with Bullen calling on Wandersee to resign.  Bullen was appointed to council in the fall of 2018 when Karen Pipes resigned.
