(Richmond, IN)--Phillip Lee, who is facing a murder charge in connection with the shooting death last summer of RPD Officer Seara Burton, had indicated that he wants to represent himself through the criminal trial.  This week, though, an appearance has been filed by private central Indiana defense attorney Jonathan Harwell.  Lee also filed this week for in-person prison visitation.  Online court records indicate that Lee is due for a pre-trial hearing on February 3.
